General Information About Stephen & Interests
i live near york,england,and i have been interested in myths and legends ever since i was a child.my main knowledge is in the arthurian and norse mythologies,myself being of norwegian/danish ancestry.although i have a good grounding in most myths and legends,i find this knowledge useful in the field of dream research,although it is a new and exciting field for me.i have studied the great religions,and i am very interested in spiritual symbology and metaphor.

i hold a great respect for native american spirituality,as it has taught me the bigger picture and our place in it.

my work grounding has been in agricultural engineering following ,conservation work on one of our national parks.

i enjoy movies especially ,the hero journey types,my favourites being field of dreams and dances with wolves.in my spare time i like to build ply epoxy composite boats and kayaks,must be the viking genes in me.

i have brought up my three girls while my wife has attended to her carreer,and i have great respect for all mothers around the world,as i know what it takes to do the job.

this role reversal came about ,because of a climbing accident i had some 18 years ago,

i fractured my spine and legs in this fall,and was paralised for a couple of years,not being so able on the outside ,it helped me to turn inward.

i hope that my knowledge grows and allows me to contribute more to the understanding of the great journey we call our life.
